Well, they can think about that later. For now, Rook can lean into Jade's handkerchief with a happy little hum, peering up at Jade skeptically. "How could I ever be scared of you just because you look different? You're still you, no matter what. I bet you look beautiful." And someday..... someday, he wants to be able to see that for himself. He wants to be able to cup Jade's face in his hands, and run his hands all over that sleek tail, and admire him to his heart's content, exactly the way Jade should be.
