He has the ability to ask someone a question and they are forced to answer him honestly. While highly powerful mages may be able to avoid it, he is more successful than not. The conditions are that he must ask the question himself and have never used the ability on the target before.
He is knowledgable with alchemy, has some minor skill in flight (though he would rather not), and use of practical magic of the basic elements. He has a tendency for water-based magic.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: As a merman his body is different than a human's, but to what extent is not completely known.
