Within, coiled upon a cushion of burgundy, is a pure, golden bracelet, gleaming and resplendent with a curious variety of charms. A ballerina, a key, a pumpkin on wheels, a circus clown, a castle, a mermaid with jeweled eyes… It isn’t for wearing, necessarily, so much as it is for admiring. After all, merfolk do have a penchant for collecting shiny trinkets, do they not?
